Sun Sea and Selling Houses is a television series following two British families who have set up their own Spanish estate agents in the South of Spain. It first aired on screens in the UK in March 2017 on Channel 4. Since then it has inspired thousands to take the leap and purchase their dream home in Spain.

Who are the estate agents in Sun Sea and Selling Houses?
The first company followed by Sun Sea and Selling Houses is Spanish Property Choice run by The Garner family on the Costa Almeria. They are located in the coastal resort of Mojacar just a stone’s throw away from the Mediterranean sea and the blue flag beaches this beautiful coast has to offer. Spanish Property Choice was established in 2007 and now have over 1000 properties on their books for sale.
The second company is Casas Manuel and is run by the Rodriguez family on the Costa Blanca. Casas Manuel was established in 2005 in Benijofar before opening their second office in La Zenia in 2014. They now also have a dedicated aftersales team located in Benijofar.
The programme is narrated by actor and comedian, Jon Culshaw who rose to fame after beginning working in radio in 1988. Following his radio career, he went on to work in film, television and specifically comedy.
Each episode of Sun Sea and Selling Houses follows an individual, couple or family looking to purchase a property in Southern Spain. Throughout each series, you can expect to see people wanting to purchase a property for a variety of reasons including a permanent move, a holiday home, a retirement property or an investment. You can also expect to see different property types including villas, townhouses and apartments and all at different budgets making it an even more interesting watch. There are four seasons of Sun Sea and Selling Houses all following the same two companies mentioned above. This equates to 89 episodes and therefore hundreds of properties you as the viewer gets to look around.
