Paul and Nathan greeted us at the airport , They were warm, friendly, Chattered away and made us feel so at ease, They were knowledgeable about the area and very informative about the places we went to view , Nothing was too much trouble (hurrah we found a place)

Movehappy does exactly what is says on the tin! Anyone out there are thinking of buying look no further, No hassle, Everything under one roof ! Paul and Nathan have everything covered from the property developers, lawyers, anything with the legal side they have it covered.

We had been thinking about buying a holiday home in Spain for a few years. We decided to look in the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida areas. After lots of research we came across Movehappy and were very impressed with the package they offered, I was a bit apprehensive at first as it looked too good to be true but after a long chat with Paul I understood how it all worked. From that first call everything fell into place.

Myself and my wife finally booked flights, Nathan picked us up from the airport and took us to the hotel. The next day Nathan and his dad Paul met us and took us around many different areas, we liked Los Alcazares. The next day we looked at several apartments and villas in this area, at no point did we ever feel pressured into making a decision. We went for a drink and chatted and felt totally at ease.

On day 4 we decided to go for a lovely apartment with sea views, Paul new the builders well and spoke to them in Spanish, he told us everything that was being said, we changed some bits and bobs like kitchen colours and tiles. We are now back in the UK and felt we had to put pen to paper to let people know how good Movehappy is, so knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. Thank you for all your support as we were very nervous and look forward to meeting up with you again when we visit next.

Excellent service from Nathan. I contacted Movehappy before my trip to Spain. Almost immediately Nathan called me.

During the stay, he was super helpful and was not pushing to buy anything. He went way beyond what is expected from the real estate agent. We did buy a flat through them and Nathan was helping us on every step of the process.

I would recommend Movehappy without a doubt and their Movehappy package is brilliant and will save a lot of money for you.

Well what can we say, Paul and Nathan delivered 100%. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys, from the first phone call to calls on zoom to meeting in person we received an outstanding service. After choosing an apartment in Villamartin Nathan set up several viewings for us, picked us up from the airport took us to the hotel and picked us up the next day.

We chose an apartment near to the golf course in Villamartin, the apartment is being built, we get regular updates of the progress, videos and pictures. The package delivers exactly as it was advertised, we have made an appointment to choose the furniture soon, very excited. So pleased we found you guys and hope to meet Paul and Nathan for a drink when the place is finished, cant wait! THANK YOU Movehappy.

I would like to say a big thank you to the Movehappy team for making our dream come true. We were very nervous but Paul put our minds at rest from day 1. Nothing was too much trouble, he always answered all of our questions and always returned calls. We now have a villa on Roda Golf and couldn’t be happier, everything was smooth from the lawyers to getting the furniture sorted.
