Since it first aired on our screens on Channel 4 in 2017, Sun Sea and Selling Houses has grown in popularity. The hit television show follows two British families who have taken the plunge and moved to Spain to open their own Spanish estate agents. Both companies are located on the Southern Costas of Spain and the show has inspired thousands to begin their own property search there.

Fans of the show have been eagerly waiting for updates — and the good news is, Series 8 of Sun, Sea and Selling Houses is on its way! After a successful seventh series, both the Garner and Rodriguez families are back for another set of inspiring and sun-soaked episodes.

When will series 8 of Sun Sea and Selling Houses be Aired?

Filming for Series 8 was completed recently. However, a release date has not yet been confirmed by Channel 4. Hopefully you can expect it to hit your screens later this year.
